Privacy

BooxApp is designed to keep each company's accounting workspace isolated. Access is authenticated and company-scoped. Financial records are used to provide accounting, reporting and BooxAI features requested by the account owner.

Provider integrations are only activated when the required credentials and APIs are configured. BooxAI Phase 1 analyses company data inside the application and does not require an external AI provider.
